Working in small business operations means wearing a lot of hats.
You're looking after operations, but you're also pulled into HR, accounts, IT, marketing and everything else that needs doing. It gives you a pretty good view of how a business actually runs, and where things tend to start going wrong.
Across multiple companies, I've seen the same patterns again and again. Data scattered across OneDrive folders. Old databases nobody fully trusts. Teams duplicating work because the right tools aren't in place. And I've seen the difference it makes when something dynamic replaces all of that.
That's why I started Grove. I wanted to focus on the unglamorous but important work of helping small businesses get their operations right, without adding unnecessary complexity along the way.
