Working in small business operations means you wear a lot of hats.

You're operations, but you're also HR, accounts, IT, and marketing. It gives you a 360° view of how a business actually runs — and what it takes to keep it running well.

Across multiple companies, I've seen the same patterns again and again. Data scattered across OneDrive folders. Old databases nobody fully trusts. Teams duplicating work because the right tools aren't in place. And I've seen the difference it makes when something dynamic replaces all of that.

Grove is the result. A studio focused on the unglamorous, important work of helping small businesses get their operations right.
